Once your home move has been booked you will have full access to the dispatch team, who will be there to help you every step of the way in the build up to your move.
Not sure when you're moving? We only require a 10% deposit to book in a provisional moving date, securing your moving team & vehicle. This date can then be changed closer to the time of your move if necessary.
Trained Packers & Movers
Our packers & movers receive regular training in moving, packing and customer service skills in order to give you the best service possible. Our team leaders have years of experience in packing & moving extremely fragile & heavy items and know how to make a move run smoothly.
Vans & Moving Equipment
Our custom vehicles are designed to make removals easy. SML's XL Luton vans are narrow enough to fit through London's pesky width-restricted areas, where bigger HGV's often have trouble accessing whilst boasting internal dimension double the size of a Luton van- the standard vehicle used in the removals industry, they truly are the best of both worlds. For small moves and areas where the access extremely limited we have the option of using smaller low-loading luton vans to avoid any unwanted delays.
We always come prepared for the job at hand. We use reusable furniture cases to protect your mattresses, sofas and tables from damage and dirt. Skates and sack-trucks are used to transport boxes and furniture in a safe and time-effective manner. Webbing (moving ropes) is used to secure your belongings during transport safely in all of our vehicles.
